Job description

Skidabrader Group LLC is looking for a highly motivated individual to be the Executive Assistant to our Vice President. The duties that will be required are below but not limited to:

  • Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks independently with little or no supervision.

  • Stays organized and flexible, ready to face the challenges of supporting a diverse business

  • Interacts positively with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive and resourceful.

  • Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times. Confidentiality is crucial in this role must be able handle highly privileged information with discretion without fail.

  • Produces expert level written and verbal communications with attention to detail.

  • Produces announcements, memos, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, organizational flow charts, and other administrative functions.

  • Coordinates team projects and is responsible for action item follow up.

  • Coordinates team schedule.

  • Responsible for calendar coordination for Vice President of the company. Includes sending text reminders 15 minutes prior to calls/meetings that are scheduled.

  • Travel coordination/management for VP, guests, and other employees as necessary.

  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously with excellent follow through.

  • Handles meeting and conference coordination.

  • Assists with safety and compliance adherence.

  • Leads company conference calls in the absence of executive and provides feedback and summaries to management.

  • Handles new hire paperwork, offer letters, and new EE coordination.

  • Handles expense reporting for Vice President.

  • Produces and coordinates reports and spreadsheets.

  • Handles phone system administration

  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Has the knowledge and ability to do light accounting functions to include AR and AP.

  • Has knowledge and experience with HR functions

  • Salary DOE
